The famous TV reality, Keeping Up With The Kardashians is back with its highly anticipated successor "The Kardashians". The show features the famous Kardashian sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khole Kardashian along with their momager Kris Jenner and stepsisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. It's already been four episodes long with its fifth episode being released in a few days.

Of all the Kardashian sisters, the eldest of them and the Poosh founder, Kourtney Kardashian found it hard to adapt to a life of a Reality TV star and never wished to be famous. She had a rollercoaster of a Journey especially with her now ex-partner Scott Disick, with whom she shares her three kids. But as they say, just wait for the right moment for all the good things to fall into place and that's what Kourtney did, she diverted her focus entirely on her kids and her Lifestyle website Poosh.

 It's then when she finally found her true soulmate, Blink 182 Drummer Travis Barker. The main highlight of "The Kardashians" is the journey of Kourtney and Travis as a couple. Their fun-filled PDAs, romantic vacays, and the proposal scene are the gems of the show. Episode 1 throws Kim Kardashian in the spotlight where she deals with notorious game developers, for alleging that they have her unreleased footage from her infamous scandal. The episode highlights Kravis's PDA and Kris Jenner's thoughts on her daughter's new healthy relationship. According to her, she has never seen Kourtney so happy before with anyone. In the second episode, it's revealed that Kourtney and Travis are actually looking for a home to move in together and spend time with each other and their kids. In the later part of the episode, it is also revealed that Kourtney and Travis are going through IVF treatments as they plan to have a baby together, considering how good of a parent each of them is.

But it seems that it was not an easy way for Kourtney as she is almost nearing her menopause and they have been making attempts for 6 months to get pregnant. Kourtney also highlights that people and the media have been harsh on her for gaining weight while she was going through IVF treatments.

Episode 3, actually comes to the central part of the series, where Travis Barker approaches Kris Jenner and asks for her daughter's hand in marriage. He also pays a visit to the grave of Kourtney's father Late Robert Kardashian, to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage. Kris gets really emotional and thanks Travis for being her daughter truly for what she deserves.

Kris later breaks down the news to Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian too, who was preparing for her SNL debut. It was a highly emotional moment for the sisters, especially after realizing how hard Kourtney had it years ago and that she has never been married despite having 3 kids. Later Kris also reveals Travis's proposal plan to Kim and Khloe as he wants them to be there with Kourtney on her big day.

The fourth episode of "The Kardashians" is entirely dedicated to Travis and Kourtney as it was the day when Travis decided to propose to Kourtney. Travis was very specific in choosing the day, as he claimed that it was on this day that he and Kourtney hooked up for the first time. Thus the episode "Let's celebrate S*x".

The episode begins with Kylie and Kendall driving to the beach in Montecito, where Travis had planned his engagement. Along with them even Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Corey Gamble are driving to the same destination followed by Tristan and Khloe. The problem arises when Kris sees a probability of Kylie and Kendall running into Kourtney and Travis on the freeway. Which would ultimately ruin the surprise planned by Travis, but luckily they do not and the surprise is well maintained.

 All the members of the Kardashian family including their close friend Simon Huck and his husband, along with Travis's children Alabama and Landon arrive at the destination to surprise the couple. The only members missing were Kourtney's kids, as their aunts and grandmother decided that they were too young to understand it and left it to Kourtney to bring it up to them the way she wants.

The engagement went well and Kourtney definitely said yes. All were happy except Kourtney's kids who felt left out of the big surprise. Especially Penelope Disick, Kourtney's only daughter who didn't take it well and ended up sobbing right on a phone call. This tensed Kourtney and her sisters as they could empathize with Penelope, especially after they have been through their parents' divorce and later had to accept Bruce as their new dad. Kourtney decided to talk to Scott so that the kids can accept Travis, just like they did for Bruce after their father accepted him.

Kourtney decides to enjoy the present moment and ends up shedding tears of joy accompanied by Travis. The later part of the episode gives us an insight into Kourtney's IVF treatment, where she and Travis get good news that one of Kourtney's follicles is fit for the retrieval. This gives hope to the couple welcoming their bundle of joy into this world.

In the latest developments, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker make their Met Gala debut together as a couple and if reports are to be true Kourtney is already pregnant with their first child together.
